For the third following year our Ferrara Musica a Casa Romei series will bring you three summer concerts in the beautiful cloister of Casa Romei.
This year the opening concert (16 June) will see the Ensemble Arte Musica, conducted by Francesco Cera, reenact the famous Concerto delle Dame (“Consort of Women”), a virtuoso female ensemble that played at the court of Alfonso II d’Este, Duke of Ferrara, in the late 1500s.
The series will continue with the Quintetto della Filarmonica “Arturo Toscanini” (26 June) and it will end with a piano recital by Roberto Cominati (7 July).
