For the first time in its 30 years history, Ferrara Musica will present a summer series<\/strong>, organised in partnership with the Direzione Regionale dei Musei dell\u2019Emilia-Romagna at Casa Romei<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On July 1<\/strong>, the cloisters of Casa Romei will be filled by music from the beginning of the 20th century thanks to\u00a0the skilled\u00a0Quatuor Mona<\/strong>, who will play Jan\u00e1\u010dek’s\u00a0Quartet no. 2<\/em>\u00a0and Ravel’s\u00a0Quartet<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On July 15,<\/strong> baroque music will be at the center of the stage with the Accademia Bizantina<\/strong> and Alessandro Tampieri<\/strong> playing the Four Seasons<\/em> and other concerts for strings by Vivaldi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The series will end on July 29<\/strong>, with a recital by pianist Giuseppe Albanese<\/strong> playing music by Franz Liszt, including the famous Dante Sonata<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On concert days the museum will be accessible until 10.30 pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another peculiarity of this series is that two out of three concerts (Quatuor Mona and Giuseppe Albanese) are part of Musica con Vista<\/a><\/em>, the summer festival organised by Comitato Amur<\/a> with Le Dimore del Quartetto and Associazione Dimore Storiche Italiane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
