Ferrara Musica a Casa Romei 2023

For the third year in a row we will be back at Casa Romei with three summer concerts, organised in partnership with Direzione Regionale dei Musei dell’Emilia Romagna.

The enchanting architecture of Casa Romei will be the ideal setting for reenacting the Concerto delle Dame (“Consort of Women”). On Friday 16 June the Ensemble Arte Musica conducted by Francesco Cera will play music by great masters in the manner of the virtuoso female ensamble that played at the court of Alfonso II d’Este, Duke of Ferrara.

On Monday 26 June we will host the Quintetto d’archi della Filarmonica “Arturo Toscanini”, for a concert dedicated to composers that directed the Conservatory in Parma, such as Franco Faccio e Antonio Bottesini.

The closing concert on 7 July will be entrusted to pianist Roberto Cominati, winner of the 1993 Busoni Piano Competition, who will play music by Chopin, Albeniz and De Falla.

PRICES

Single: standard € 10, concessions (Ferrara Musica Season ticket holders, Carta Romei holders) € 7.

Three concerts: standard € 12, under20 and Conservatory students € 1.

Tickets will be available at our box office starting from Saturday 27 May. On concert days tickets will be available at Casa Romei starting from 8.15pm.
