On Sunday 11 February at 4pm the Mahler Chamber Orchestra will return to Ferrara Musica. This time, it will be with the great Mitsuko Uchida to perform two of Mozart’s most famous piano concertos: the concerto no. 17 and the concerto no. 22, both famous for their brilliance and emotive depth.
The programme will also include a transcription for chamber orchestra of Jörg Widmann’s Chorale Quartet, which will allow the audience to appreciate the orchestra’s ability to play without a conductor.
